Subscription changes are handled with account credits so you can keep using Junga through the time you have already paid for.

Our Fair Credit Policy

While we don't offer cash refunds once a subscription period has begun, we are committed to ensuring you get full value from your payment. If you decide to switch from annual to monthly billing, we will immediately convert the unused portion of your subscription into account credits. These credits will fund your monthly payments until they are depleted.

If you would like to end your subscription, our Freeze Payment feature notifies our system to stop billing you at the end of the current billing cycle, whether monthly or annual. You will continue to have full access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle. This is the best option if you would like to continue using Junga without interruption while you transition or decide on your next steps.

We want you to love Junga, but life happens! If you've outgrown Junga and would like to cancel immediately, you can downgrade your account to free. This action will put an immediate stop on the account, which will delete all Junga profiles and history.
