What age range is Junga best for?
Our flexible design allows each Keeper to create a village experience tailored to support Jungas at any age or stage of life. We offer pre-configured catalogs for Jungas ages 0-3, 3-5, 5-8, 8-12, and 12+ to help get you up and running quickly, but we consider a Junga to be anyone from age 1 to 100 who relies on another's guidance for growth and development.

A Co-Keeper is a secondary account holder who shares management responsibilities with the Primary Keeper. Co-Keepers are considered village members but have all the same elevated access to their Jungas as a Primary keeper. The main difference is that the Primary Keeper is responsible for billing. Co-Keepers are connected to their Jungas through an invite initiated by the Primary Keeper.

Who is free village member account for?
Village members typically include additional parents, grandparents, caregivers, educators, therapists, social group managers, who interact with connected Jungas. Community contributors also leverage free accounts to share catalogs and other resources with Junga families, sometimes without directly connecting to any villages.

Absolutely! Our subscription model allows any family member or friend to elect to be the Primary Keeper and cover the cost of the subscription as a gift for their loved ones. Simply sign up for a new account, add the Jungas you would like to cover to your account, then invite their parents as Co-keepers!
View full articleCan we change Primary Keepers without losing data?
Yes! You can change the Primary Keeper without losing data by inviting another member to be the new Primary Keeper.
Visit My Village > Keepers > New Invite to send a secure invite link by email.
If the new Primary Keeper is already connected, you can adjust their access: open the Keeper/'s profile in My Village > Keepers. Then edit and adjust the Role to "Primary".
Once the new Primary Keeper accepts the invite, the previous Primary will be downgraded to a Co-Keeper and the new Primary will take over billing and account management responsibilities.
Does Junga serve ads?
No. Our monthly subscription covers the costs of maintaining the platform, allowing us the freedom to provide a high-quality, private, ad-free experience for our users. Our values do not align with the practice of advertising to children, and we have no plans to ever serve ads on our platform.
