Junga LLC. ("Junga," "we," or "us") provides online and mobile services through junga.co, related public website pages, and Junga applications (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and what choices and rights you may have. Our public website and our application do not serve the same purpose, and some data practices differ by context. In particular, limited analytics used on our public website are used to understand site traffic and performance and are separate from Junga app usage data, village activity, and child profile information. Junga accounts come in two types: 1) Keeper accounts intended for caregivers such as parents, grandparents, educators, therapists, social group managers, and other responsible adults, and 2) Junga profiles for individuals who rely on another party for care. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Collection Of Personal Information

We collect and store the following for the creation of a Keeper account:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Basic billing information for paid users (name, address, email)
• Login IP address for account access and system security purposes

Collection Of Information For Children Under 13

We collect and store the following for the creation of a Junga profile:

• Name
• Birthdate
• Profile photo (if one is uploaded to the Service)
• Child profile activity records tied to service features, including logs for tasks, rewards, experiences, and points freezes

Collection Of Non-Personal Information

We automatically collect technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, such as device and browser details, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic events, and login IP address for account security. On our public website, we may also collect limited website interaction data needed to understand traffic and improve site performance. We do not use this information to track user location, do not collect location history, and do not use public website analytics to profile families based on Junga app usage, village activity, or child data.

Cookies And Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website and Service secure, remember your preferences, support core functionality, and, on our public website, measure traffic and site performance. Public website analytics are limited to website operations, performance, content improvement, and business reporting, and are separate from Junga app usage data, village activity, and child profile information. We do not use cookies or similar technologies on the public website to serve ads based on your family's Junga app or village activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may limit parts of the Service. Where required by law, we provide consent controls for non-essential cookies.

Use Of Personal Information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, authenticate sign-ins, process paid subscriptions, support child profile features (including tasks, rewards, experiences, and points freezes), respond to support requests, maintain service safety and integrity, and comply with legal obligations. We use login IP address and related technical signals for account security and abuse prevention. We do not use location tracking for these purposes.

Disclosure Of Your Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to trusted service providers that help us operate and deliver the Service, such as hosting, communications, customer support, payment processing, security, and other operational vendors, under contractual privacy and security obligations. We may also use analytics providers in connection with our public website to understand website traffic and performance. Those analytics activities are limited to the public website and are separate from Junga app usage data, village activity, and child profile information. Children's Privacy Rights

Protecting children is central to our mission. Children's stored profile information is limited to name, birthdate, and service activity logs related to tasks, rewards, experiences, and points freezes. We do not collect location data for children, and we do not permit school account signups. Parents and legal guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of child profile data as required by applicable law. When a child profile (Junga profile) is deleted, it is completely removed from the system after 24 hours.

Selfie With Junga Data Handling

Selfie With Junga is an optional feature. You are not required to use it in order to use the rest of the Service. If you choose to use Selfie With Junga, the photo you upload, the generation instructions you provide, related technical metadata, and the generated output image will be processed to create your composite image. We may use trusted service providers acting on our behalf to perform this processing under privacy and security restrictions. Generated Selfie With Junga images are saved to your account gallery and will remain there unless and until you delete them from your dashboard. Because uploaded photos may include children, you should only use this feature if you are authorized to submit the image and any personal information it contains.

• Optional use: Selfie With Junga is a voluntary feature and is not required to use the Service.
• Feature inputs: uploaded source photos, prompts or action instructions, and limited technical metadata may be processed to produce the requested image.
• Feature outputs: generated images are stored in your account gallery until you delete them from your dashboard.
• Authorization: you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and legally required consents to upload and generate images containing other people, including children.
• Safety and operations: we may retain processing records and related technical logs as needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and operation of the feature consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Coppa Program And Child Data Policies

Junga applies COPPA-aligned controls to child data handling. The policies below describe how we collect, use, protect, and delete children's information. This section may be updated from time to time as our compliance program and certification status evolve.

• Data minimization: for children under 13, we only collect name, birthdate, optional profile photo, and in-service activity logs (tasks, rewards, experiences, and points freezes).
• Parental notice and consent: where required, we provide direct notice to a parent/legal guardian and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13.
• No conditioning: a child will not be required to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use child-facing features.

• No sale of child data: we do not sell children's personal information and do not use children's data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Operator oversight: third-party service providers that process child data must follow written privacy and security obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Junga applies GDPR-aligned privacy practices to applicable personal data processing. The following controls describe how we support data protection principles and data subject rights, and they may be refined over time as our compliance program evolves.

California users under age 18 who are registered with the Service may request removal of content they have publicly posted, subject to exceptions allowed by law.

Security

Deleted user accounts are completely removed from the system after 24 hours, and deleted child profiles are removed after 24 hours.

Your continued use of the Service after an update means the revised policy applies to your use.

Miscellaneous

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English version of this Privacy Policy and any translated version, the English version will control.
